Welcome to my practice

I help people connect more deeply with themselves, in order to let go of patterns that no longer serve them. We are clearing space for your most aligned self to come forward. My work is integrative — the focus is not just on the mind or body but on your whole person. We are working together in this process to cultivate a deeper sense of safety within, while also making space for new growth. I have helped persons with a wide variety of physical and psychological symptoms and conditions, including complex trauma.

I am professionally trained and certified, and have been engaged in the healing arts for the last decade. This work can support anybody interested in an integrative approach to healing that addresses both body and mind.

NOTE: My schedule is fairly full; I am accepting new clients on a limited basis for weekend sessions and Tuesday evenings.

What’s Unique About This Therapy?

Where some therapy practices are focused only on the mind or only on the body, this practice supports natural healing and reorganization of the entire body-mind system. This therapy meets you where you are at and is aligned with your own intentions for yourself. Through listening and supportive dialogue, along with optional touch and work with the body, the work helps you restore a connection to your innate sense of wellbeing. It can bring relief where you’re struggling and shed light on a path forward toward evolution, healing and growth.

I work with clients on regular basis (weekly, bi-weekly or every four weeks), but you are welcome to try 3-4 sessions before setting up a regular schedule. I offer sessions remotely via Telehealth as well as in person. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and set up a free 20 minute consultation to explore together if my work is a good fit for you.
